Terms of Service

This Public Offer Agreement defines the terms of use of the Edelweiss Hotel website (https://edelweiss-hotel.com.ua) and the procedure for ordering, paying for, and receiving hotel accommodation and wellness services.

By making a room reservation, submitting an online inquiry, or paying a booking deposit, the Guest fully accepts these terms without exceptions.

• Prices listed on the website are in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and include all applicable taxes except local tourist tax.
• A deposit of 30% of the total stay cost must be paid within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation to guarantee the room reservation.
• The remaining balance is payable upon check-in at the hotel reception via cash or bank card.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time. For cancellations under 24 hours or failure to arrive (No-Show), a penalty equal to 1 night accommodation cost is withheld.

All materials, photo galleries, brand assets, and texts published on https://edelweiss-hotel.com.ua are protected under Ukraine copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
