This Public Offer Agreement defines the terms of use of the Edelweiss Hotel website (https://edelweiss-hotel.com.ua) and the procedure for ordering, paying for, and receiving hotel accommodation and wellness services.
By making a room reservation, submitting an online inquiry, or paying a booking deposit, the Guest fully accepts these terms without exceptions.
Agreement comes into legal force immediately upon submission of booking form or payment of deposit.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in time. For cancellations under 48 hours or failure to arrive (No-Show), a penalty equal to 1 night accommodation cost is withheld.
All materials, photo galleries, brand assets, and texts published on https://edelweiss-hotel.com.ua are protected under Ukraine copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The Hotel undertakes to provide services in full compliance with Ukrainian hospitality standards, ensure clean, furnished rooms, autonomous heating, and uninterrupted electrical power (via autonomous generator backup).
Guests are responsible for preserving hotel property, observing fire safety protocols, and adhering to quiet hours (23:00–08:00). In case of property damage, reimbursement is calculated at actual replacement value.
Neither Party shall be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performing obligations under this Agreement if such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, military actions, state emergency decrees, power grid disruptions). In such events, reservation dates may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement without financial penalty.
