Accommodation Rules

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00. The reception desk operates 24/7. Express check-in is available upon prior agreement with administration.

All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited. Comfortable outdoor smoking areas are available for guests.

We welcome guests traveling with pets (dogs of small and medium breeds, cats) upon advance agreement during booking. Please ensure you have a leash, pet bed, and valid veterinary passport. The adjacent pine park is ideal for daily walks.

Free private car parking is provided for hotel guests on secure enclosed grounds.

Payment upon check-in is made in cash (UAH) or via IBAN bank transfer. Payment cards are not accepted on site. No fees or card holds apply.

Night quiet hours are in effect from 23:00 to 08:00 to ensure comfortable and restorative rest for all guests. Please maintain quiet during this period.
