1. Check-in and Check-out Procedure
- Check-in time starts from 15:00 local time. Early check-in (from 08:00) is available subject to room availability at a 50% nightly rate fee.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 local time. Late check-out (until 18:00) is subject to 50% nightly fee.
- Upon check-in, guests must present a valid passport or official ID document for registration.
2. Booking & Cancellation Terms
To guarantee your room reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total stay cost is required upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Conditions:
- • Free cancellation: allowed up to 24 hours prior to standard check-in date.
- • Late cancellation (< 24h) or No-Show: 1 night stay penalty will be retained.
- • Refund process: funds are returned within 5-10 business days via original payment method.
3. House Rules & Guest Obligations
- Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
- Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and hookahs) is strictly prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas.
- Pets Policy: Accommodation with pets is allowed only by prior agreement with hotel management.
- Property Care: Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property or equipment.
4. Mineral Water & SPA Regulations
Guests enjoy direct access to the "Polyana Kvasova" mineral water pump room and sanatorium park. Please follow doctor guidelines regarding mineral water consumption dosage.
